Did you see the webinars Noitom has done the last two days? They were SUPERB at showing the best use of the suit (I learned around five things I never knew). Now that you have mine you don't need to worry about doing it unless you want to import some BVH from somewhere that isn't one of those provided types (which is possible, but now that you have a PN suit you probably won't need to look for motion files elsewhere - I find it's FAR easier to just create your own motions than use someone else's). But you only need to do it once for every 'type' of BVH you import, and RL provides some of them. The Profile is just a saved mapping of the bones, which you can learn to do yourself (just follow the instructions in the Help button in 3DX).
